How do I know my order has been accepted?
After you click on the button to process your order at the checkout page, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address you provided on checkout.
How can I pay?
With your credit card: Visa and MasterCard. 
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. All information that you enter on checkout, including your credit card details are encrypted before being sent to our secure server for processing.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place your order. This may be the same day or within a 24hour period.
Will I be charged GST or Sales Tax?
We are required to collect Goods and Services Tax for all sales in Australia. A total of 10% is included in the price shown when you order.
How can I cancel my order?
First point of contact is by email at sales@cashmereangel.com or you may call us at 1300 881 517 to see if we've already shipped it. Our customer service reps may be able to cancel it immediately. If it is already shipped, follow the return process and we will issue you a credit when we receive it.
What can I do if I am having trouble placing my order on line?

What happens if an item is unavailable?
We'll notify you via email to say we're sorry and let you know when or if the order will be filled. You will then be able to decide whether you wish to wait or cancel the order. Should you wish to cancel your order, your credit card will be credited in full.
How can I check the status of my order?
After ordering online, an email will be sent to you comfirming your order. Another email will be sent to you when your order is shipped out if there is any delay.
I would like to send a Gift Certificate to friend.  What can I do?
We are happy to organise a Gift Certificate to be sent either to you or someone else.  Please feel free to email or call us to arrange.
