Returns and Exchanges
- What is the return policy?
- We will accept returns that have not been worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please email us first to let us know that you wish to return the item stating clearly the reason for the return.

- How do I send back my return or exchange?
- First inform us of your wish to return or exchange, then mail back the sweater with a note detailing the reason for the return and if necessary, the exchange you would like to make. The new sweater will then be sent to you or a credit made.
- How long will it take until I am credited for the return?
- It can take anywhere between 5-7 business days from the date we receive your return to issue a credit. After that, it's up to the bank or your credit card to determine how long the process of crediting your account will take.
- How long will it take for me to receive a replacement?
- Provided the goods are in stock, we'll send one out within 2 days of receiving your return. Your package will be mailed in the regular way unless otherwise stated. (Please note- there will be a shipping fee incurred when an exchange is shipped, unless the item is damaged, or there is a shipping or packing error).
