Shipping Information

What will I be charged for shipping?

• Parcel Post $5.90 - Expected delivery 2 business days
• Express Post $9.50 - Guaranteed next business day delivery to capital city, 2-3 days in country Australia
• International Post - Will be calculated when you place your order. Where possible, a discounted rate will be offered when more than one item is purchased.

 

Where will my purchase be shipped from?

Our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

How long does it take for a package to ship?

We usually ship orders within 3 working days of when they are placed. Our standard shipping is Australia Post. We ship from our warehouse in NSW, Australia. Depending on where you are, it can take anywhere from 1-7 business days. Please take note; we don't ship over the weekend, or on holidays.

Can I ship to a different address?

Of course. We give you the option to ship to an address other than your billing address during the check out.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

We use Australia Post for delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Can I place an international order?

Of course. We ship internationally. Please check the shipping costs which will be added when you place your order. At all times, we aim to keep shipping costs to a minimum and do not make any money on the postage.
